We can help make your roof beautiful again

Here are some of the Roof Types we work with:

Slate
Roofs

Slate roofs are durable, waterproof and fireproof. They have a beautiful, distinctive style and can last for nearly a century.

Tile/Clay
Roofs

Tile roofing is one of the most durable roofing types available, but that’s only the case when the tiles are installed properly. You may have to pay to have your roof strengthened to handle the weight of the material before it’s installed.

Asphalt Shingle
Roofs

Asphalt shingles are the most common roof type available today and they are sold in 3-tab and architectural styles. The 3-tab option is the most affordable but these shingles are thinner and wear out more quickly. Architectural shingles are more expensive but last up to twice as long as the 3-tab shingles do.

Concrete Tile Roofs

When installed properly, concrete tile roofs can withstand the harshest of elements including wind gusts of up to 180mph, damage from hail stones up to 2”, freezing temperatures, and are fire resistant. Concrete tile roofs remain aesthetically beautiful, structurally sound and don’t need replacement for decades.

Metal
Roofs

Metal roofs are stylish in appearance and there are many different color options available to pick from. These roofs install relatively easily and are very lightweight, making them a good option for homes that can’t support heavier options.

Stone Coated Steel (Decra)
Roofs

Stone coated steel roofing has been around for a long time. A DECRA roof can last a lifetime. DECRA is also quite durable because the aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel enhances the superior weathering and corrosion resistance of each roofing panel.

How long does it take to replace/install a new roof?

Once work starts, completing a residential roofing project will vary slightly based on the size and complexity of the project. Most houses take between 1-3 days to re-roof. Keep in mind if we are also doing gutters or other side projects, those will most likely get done on a separate day outside of the 1-3 day project. Weather plays a factor in Colorado so if there is inclement weather, we will work around it to find a safe day to commence your project.

How do I know if I should replace my shingles/roof?

Factors that play into your assessment should include but not limited to; age of the roof, type of roof and average wear and tear and life expectancy, another sign is brown spots on your ceiling which indicated water damage, if you are getting water into your attic or living areas, call immediately as these problems can be very serious and need to be addressed immediately. In Colorado, we experience frequent hail storms and high wind storms, if you have experienced one of these and if you notice your neighbors getting new roofs in your area, it would be wise to call us for a FREE inspection to give you an honest assessment of your roof condition.

Do I have to replace my entire roof or can you do just a section?

Sometimes we can do a small repair to replace some missing shingles or an area that has received excessive wear and tear. Different cities in Colorado have different codes and requirements to replace/repair roofs. In some places you are able to do a repair of up to 100 SQ feet 10x 10 foot area, above this, you are required to replace the whole roof. In other cities this requirement is not enforced. Another factor is the type of shingles you currently have, if you have shingles that are no longer manufactured or available, a full roof replacement may be necessary. Our experts can give you a FREE inspection and tell you where you stand in this regard and according to your cities codes/requirements.

How much does a new roof cost?

This question depends on many factors including the complexity of your project such as steepness and different roofing elevations and the cost and quality of the materials used. Call us today and we will assess your property and provide you with a FREE estimate.

Can you help me find contractors in other home improvement categories?

We do work in many other categories besides roofing (like painting, windows, gutters, and more), so we may be able to help you with your other projects ourselves. If we don’t do it, we have relationships with many other local contractors, and would be happy to make an effort to assist you if possible.

They were very friendly and professional, and always provided great customer service and time I had to contact them! They always called ahead to notify me when they would be here. Always arrived on time, complete the work promptly. I had no complaints!
